Community Supported Agriculture
Our CSA is an opportunity for you to become partners with the farmers that grow your food. You can invest in us and Oklahoma's rural farming community by purchasing a season membership to our farm. As a CSA member, you will receive generous weekly deliveries of garden fresh veggies all summer long. You will know exactly where and how your food was grown. A CSA not only provides you with an intimate connection with your food source. It also provides us farmers with a stable source of income. It wouldn't be any fun to sell all of our vegetables to a produce warehouse. We would rather bring them to you. Better to be friends with the people that you feed. We hope that you feel the same way.
Market CSA at Brookside
This season, you will be able to support our farm through a membership to our farmers market stand at the Brookside Farmers Market in Tulsa. You can purchase a $100 or $200 membership at the beginning of the season which you then spend like cash throughout the summer at our stand As you pick out your produce over the course of the season, we subtract your weekly selections from your credit balance. You can choose as much or as little as you want each week. If you use up all of your credit before the end of the season, you are welcome to recharge your balance. Purchases are at a 10% discount from regular market prices. Members will also be invited out to the farm with their families for an evening farm tour and summer harvest dinner in June.
Basket CSA
Our regular CSA program consists of generous weekly baskets (or bags and boxes) of all our fresh vegetables as they come into season. Our 2013 CSA season will include 15 weekly deliveries, beginning the first week of April and extending through mid July. Your membership will also include a free invitation out to the farm along with your family for an evening farm tour and summer harvest dinner in June. Bristow Farm-stand CSA
Our Bristow CSA delivery does not receive pre-boxed CSA bags/boxes/or baskets. All of the vegetables are set out on tables like a farmers market stand and members get to mix and match and choose what they want each week. For example, we might set up a pile of assorted varieties of head lettuce, a pile of assorted bunched greens, along with crates of tomatoes, onions, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, and squash. Members will then get to choose something from the lettuce pile, something from the greens pile, and then pick out 5 lbs of assorted veggies from the crates. We may also have a cantaloupe, or half-dozer ears of corn or some other special treat set aside for each person. Vegetable volumes are approximately equal to that of pre-bagged shares, but members get a little more flexibility in what they pick out.

Kellyville: John Christner Trucking, Wednesday morning drop, 6:30am
Tulsa, Brookside Market: 41st and Peoria, Wednesday mornings, 8:00am-12pm from May 1 onward (April delivery time TBA)
Tulsa, Downtown: 320 S. Boston, Wednesday afternoons, 1:00 - 2:00pm (call for parking or office delivery details)
Tulsa, Spirit Event Center: 10441 South Regal Boulevard, Wednesday afternoons, 2:30 - 3:00pm
Okmulgee: Seventh-day Adventist Church parking lot (15799 Hwy 62), Tuesday evenings, 6:30 - 7:00pm
To reserve your spot as in any of our CSA programs this year, we request a $50.00 reservation payment before the season starts. You can then pay the balance on the first delivery day. Contact us if you would like to pay in three total installments.
